All I can say is WOW! I had an amazing experience at Nissan of North Olmsted. Derrick was my salesman and he was the most helpful, kind and patient person ever. I was over the moon about my experience, and felt like Derrick and all of the Nissan of North Olmsted staff actually listened to me and the needs of my vehicle. I got placed in a beautiful car and I am so happy!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. If not for the techs measuring the tires, I would not have known that I only received two new tires when I had bought four from my local tire shop. And, on an all wheel drive vehicle, this could have been problematic. Problem has been resolved. Thank you for the great service.
they performed an oil change without any suggestions from anyone how to fix red bullets in the inspected vehicle categories. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. No welcoming service whatsoever. they only cared for me to pay the oil change. NOTHING ELSE. they told me the oil change will take about an hour, since I dropped off the vehicle, I expected to get a phone call when ready, I had to call ask for my vehicle after 2-3 hrs! very unprofessional! it is sad because we come to this place so often but no we ... read more
