I brought my car in for a recall event, and had them do some additional work. That was very impressed with the service department overall. Gus and Liew helped me out and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They got me checked in and out of there super quick. Thought the car would be in there all day, and 3 hours later I get a phone call saying everything is done. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
I just have to say, please give praise to Liew Saetern and his team. He was so professional and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my Nissan all of a sudden. He kept me inform the entire time what was going on with my vehicle and what was being done. I do hope you give him a promotion as he has been some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I bought a vehicle here and everyone was very accommodating and it was a great experience. Unfortunately the other departments were not as good. I went to your business yesterday 2/28 for a complementary detailing since when I bought my used car (a few days prior) the detailer was not present. The interior was quite dirty even though my salesperson tried to clean it for me. He said to come in 2/28 at 11 to get it cleaned. Clint, service advisor, is a wonderful asset to your dealership. I travel approximately 30 miles to have my service done, due to Clint, even though there is a Nissan dealership much closer to my home. He always answers all of my questions, returns calls and is a genuinely nice person. If there is a special or coupon available, he lets me know that as well. I will continue to trust Clint with my car needs.
