I have to share my experience with this dealership. I am a former employee but they dealership has gone through a shake up for the better. The their service staff were attentive and surprisingly polite. They listened to my wife concerns and accurately documented her concerns. When we got the diagnosis, it was explained to her in a manner she understood and felt comfortable. They do their best to make sure you have a really good experience while you are there waiting during your service, keep you apprised of the work being done or needing to be done, and do their best to work with you to achieve the optimal technical service outcome for a good price.
