I worked with Rick, who expedited the servicing of my 2019 Nissan Leaf. He was incredibly helpful and informative, explaining what was and was not covered by my warranty, and what typically needs changing after three years. He gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. He also ordered me a Lyft, gratis, back to Santa Monica. Very helpful and friendly service, they made sure everything was fixed, and were able to explain to me what was actually wrong with my key fob and able to replace it on the same day.
