I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAIN HERE - After an oil change service today (invoice# 101038) the technician negligently left the engine oil uncapped and it spilled all over when I got home. We smelled something burned and opened the hood and this really shocked us! Who's taking the responsibility for the potential damage???!!!

Do not trust them. The sales team made promises that Damian Soto (Finance Manager) did not honor in the deal.
I leased a LEAF from them three years ago. I was ready to turn in the car, so I called them to make an appointment. The person I spoke with said that no appointment was needed, to just stop in. That's what I did, making the one-hour drive on the notorious 405 freeway. I checked in with the receptionist and her first question was, "Do you have an appointment?" Had my Nissan quest serviced to get power steering fixed .First they quoted me extremely high then continued to try and tell me they're giving me A discount. Then I was told I wouldn't be charged for an alignment . But when I checked receipt I was fully charged. When askwd abour it the service writer said he meant he would give us a discount . Atrocious service. Has been bad for a very long time.
Miserable. Wasting customers' time by making appointments for a recall without even having the parts they need to exchange. Add to that some run around and a long wait to find out and you know which place you better avoid. Dreadful service.
