Nissan of Torrance is my go to for service. I also bought my cars from them. Every one treats you with kindness and makes sure your visit is good. They keep you updated on your vehicle progress and gets you out when they say. It's always nice and clean It's an relaxing place

First service on my ‘24 Nissan Versa which I bought here at Torrance Nissan. Rick Burns is the outstanding analog man I will connect with for any maintenance issues, schedule or unscheduled but this Versa is one heck a back to basics vehicle and Rick is about as old school professional car dude as you can get!!

Capri was very courteous, she asked me how my day was going. I said fine how is your day going, she remarked fine. Capri was very efficient in doing her job. She kept me informed on what they were doing. I would go to her again and would refer friends to her.

I loved the video I received showing and explaining what needed to be done to service my car. I was disappointed with the service advisor who never kept me in contact with the status of my car. I don’t think I should’ve had to track someone down to find out what was happening with my car.

My problem was not resolved. I had to go up there twice and it still was not fixed correctly.

Had an issue with car still making noise after I picked up my car I called capri and she stated she was going to reach out to the head person I kept the car home I never recieved a call back been calling and leaving emails to bring in my car and nothing car still making noise and capri hasn’t responded.
