My process was a little to long, close to 7 hrs? I wasnt offered any lunch? Only that they have a venting machine? Also I wasnt told about any dents, scratches on the car? I did find a few?? Also Im receiving mail from other Lenders regarding my Financing, there saying FALSE Accusations against me about my HISTORY?? I dont appreciate that? Its suppose to be PERSONAL? I get too many texts and emails, to either fill out a review or trade in my car, right after I traded in my car.

June 7th, 2024 - Everyone with 7am appointments had to wait over 1-1/2 hours before service personnel came in to work. There was no prior notice of the service personnel schedule. Service was good. Repairs were done in timely manner. No separate waiting area available, waiting area is on sales floor. Coffee is good. No vending machines for snacks.
