"Persistence " From the time I walked in the building til the time I left, everyone was sooo very helpful. I didn’t even come in with hopes of leaving in a new car, but my sales rep was very persistent and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had, and made sure I left in a new vehicle.
