Nissan South Morrow has engaged in deceptive service practices, causing me to lose services under my warranty agreement and the loss of several hundreds of dollars due to the deceptive practice of covering up the ineffective service to my vehicle and demanding payment for service that was faulty. I spoke with Ralph Grey who inconsiderate and who refuse to direct me to the appropriate manger for the appropriate assistance needed.
