Nita answered my questions whenever something wasn't clear. There seemed to be a lack of communication with the title officer at the end of processes as Nita had said to talk to him about wiring the closing funds but when I spoke with him he initially said he hadn't received instructions from Frost Mortgage to tell us how to do that yet, but after I emailed all parties he did give us the instructions.
