The communication wasnt good, we did most of the calling. When requested documents we sent them right away and then a few days before they requested others. When came down to closings 4 bills weren't paid out but was given to us in our cash out. If you ate requesting documents right away and we submitted them and then told we didn't pay them is frustrating. Communication was not great at all. Not the best experience
