Dr. El Refai and her staff were so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything and the whole experience was pain free. I recommend her for a root canal!
I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal retreat. Anyway Dr El-Rafai was very great about explaining things and she was so gentle. I had four injections and honestly it was the best injections I probably have ever had. As far as the retreat I expected to be sore and after day one it was like nothing had even happened. The staff was also so Very nice. I would definitely go back here for any future endo work I may need.
Dr. El-Refai and her staff were so kind and helpful. Having a lot of dental fear personally, I cannot recommend them enough. The doctor listened to my fears and I felt heard. She is very thorough and I knew I would be in good hands. Thank you!!

My dentist recommended Gentle Endodontics for a consult for a possible root canal , I called at 8 in the morning and they squeezed me in at 12:30 on the same day , the whole staff was super friendly and knowledgeable with exceptional state of the art equipment after a few days of antibiotics I was able to get the root canal done they explained everything so there was no guess work involved , I have had root canals before but no one has taken the time to explain every single thing that happens during the procedure , very rel... read more
