My dog continuously comes home sick from boarding sadly will not use this facility or company again

I am sorry if you think that we didn't feed your dog, but that doesn't happen since we have 2 people on every shift to check that all dogs have been properly fed and medicated. If your dog didn't eat we will not only note that on their boarding card, but give you the food back as a courtesy. So if you happened to get food back your dog must have not eaten all that you brought. I apologize for any confusion, but you could have always called and spoken with someone to get more clarification.
