Got to the facility and was tended to immediately, hardly had time to fill out paperwork before I was called back. Nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and had a good sense of humor, which made me feel a ease. My endoscopy was quick, awoke with no hangover. Dr Settergren was great, recommend without reservation. Would've given 5 stars were it not for the prep, which was the worst part of the procedure. 😬😁
I recently had an EGD with Dr. Settergren. Check in was very quick, and I was called right back. I was very impressed with how organized the whole thing was from scheduling the initial appointment, through completion of the procedure. I was very nervous upon arrival, and the nurses as well as Dr. Settergren were able to calm my nerves and make me feel at ease about it by explaining everything thoroughly and just really went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Settergren has always been super personable. He is thorough, compassionate and always has a lot of good information to share. I found that he listens to you, and doesn't rush thru and appointment. His bedside manner is really good. I would recommend him to anyone.
Ive been here a few times with Dr.Noah and hes been nothing short of a great professional. Knows his business from top to botttom. (no pun intended). Always straight to the point without making you feel uncomfortable.
I just left my appointment. Dr. Settergren. Him and his staff really have a way to make you feel heard. Only downside is walls are really thin with no noise machines. I could hear most of what was going on the room next to me.
