Definitely dont want to rely on this service, unless you just like donating money. They are not accountable for their mistakes. They charged $95 for chemical catch up which it needed. They put chemicals in then forgot to come back for over two weeks. They then decided to cancel service at my house stating pool was too dirty. Its hard to kill algae if you dont keep chlorine levels high enough!! I essentially had to start process over, its clearing up just fine now. Interesting how that works when chemicals are correctly appli... read more

Business response:

Hi Heath, I do apologize, we messed up on the scheduling of your onboard. This was our fault. I know this slowed down the treatment of your algae. Chris, who manages our operations, has created a new checklist to help prevent this kind of mistake from ever happening again prior to the onboarding of a weekly subscription client. We did send you the two refunds you deserve. Again, I am very sorry! Sincerely, Noah Ullmann

Not once did they every week like they claimed. I canceled in mid April and they still charged me for May and a filter clean they never did. They kept $300 for over a month. After constantly emailing them and asking for a refund. I honestly doubt they came as much as they said they did. Save your time and find someone else.

I have been using Noahs Pool Service for approximately eight months. I have not had use of my pool one time since starting service with them. They took advantage of the “big freeze” and used it as an opportunity to charge me almost $1800 for the replacement of a filter. The pool has green algae growing all over it and looks terrible. I have complained multiple times, each time falling on deaf ears. This time I have been waiting for over a month for them to prepare a quote for something else they claim is wrong with the pool ... read more

Started service with them 3 weeks ago, supposed to come every Friday, and not once have they been here on a Friday. Customer service sucks, the little girl that answers phones doesn't know anything about pools, and techs are pretty much dicks and don't communicate at all. needless to say, I am canceling my "weekly service", that has not yet been weekly. Don't take the bait on the lower price, these guys SUCK

Horrible customer service. Techs never once brushed the pool even close to what they say they will do in over 3 months of service. Reported this several times with no follow up or change in actually doing the job right.

Gotta fire you guys. Left my pool in service mode again, didn't vacuum and the pool is dirty. Given you so many chances.
