The staff seems rather untrained. They claim that you might violate federal housing FHA laws just by asking for an earlier move-in date due to unavoidable circumstances and when asked to provide which specific section of the law that would be violated, they cannot provide which part of the federal statute applies. I hope I didn't make a mistake in agreeing to put my student there.
Worst management office ever!!! Never solve your problems and super irresponsible! I lost a lot of packages since last November. They said they are working on it. But until now there’s no effective solutions. And we are keeping lost packages. The management ask you to mail your package to the leasing office (not in the building), which means you have to walk 20min to there and walk 20min back to your apartment.
