This was my vet for the last year or so of my dogs life. My old man (dog) had an episode on my kitchen floor right before the vets closing time. I called them right away, I was given an early morning appointment. I stayed up all night monitoring my dog to make sure we didn't need an emergency vet. Extremely frustrating experience with this Vet. I have never written a bad review about any place because I always think people deserve the benefit of the doubt. However today was the exception. A dog, we suspect, was dropped off in our neighborhood. I called Nolensville Veterinary Hospital as we just moved here and we took our pets there a few months ago for their initial visits and flea medicine. I first brought my dog in for treatment for an infection. At first the Dr Brad Fly was pleasant. At the end they told me they just needed to take my dog to get weighed. When they brought him back I was told that while they had him they administered medication, without my consent or knowledge. Then I get up to the counter to pay and they bait and switch a second mediation the doctor prescribed costing me now double because all of a sudden they were out of the other medication after they had already charged me for.
