Our ticket was for 2 hours, and they told us if we take break, they will pause the clock. At the end, they calculate our 30 minutes break as part of our 2 hour climbing ticket. Most of the staff were supportive and friendly except one of them, who seemed to be a senior/supervisor and treated everyone with no respect including his team.
The staff was great! My only suggestion is that kids shouldn’t be allowed to just sit at the top of the large slide. They were a large group of them with a birthday party and it made it very difficult for anyone else to use the area…
This was so fun, much more difficult then I had expected. The staff was amazing very helpful and made the experience fun. We will be back to do more activities.
We LOVED it here. We did the climbing tower and it was such a blast! Also is such a nice place! Very family centered and fun and just overall great! Best deal 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Staff was so awesome- very friendly and helpful. I had a great time with my 12yr and 10yr old. Would def go again!
Great family fun! I have a couple mild rope burns and some bruises but I tend to be a bit hardcore on these things. My 10yr old kicked butt and did EVERY obstacle. We had a blast and would do it again. We are exhausted and will definitely sleep good tonight
This place was amazing. They treated us like family honestly. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Not only is everything fun and super cool the employees were great to talk to and they even educated us on their wakerboard team. I will most deff be back.
Great experience! Challenging at times but me and my family enjoyed it a lot. Friendly staff. We had no wait time. Before starting we had a quick training on how to hook and unhook the safety strings. Recommend!
