I have been taking my FurBabies here for 8 years, I have always loved the team there they us have always been so lovely and caring. Unfortunately there has been a change of hands and staff and the quality of everything has dropped to such a disgraceful level, that after seeing one of their vets multiple days in row about one of my dog saying what I thought was wrong with him as I know my dogs extremely well, only to be told I wrong and no that wasn’t wrong with him, to also be spoken down to in such a condescending way and b... read more

RecommendedStaff are very caring and considerate; they’re very good with people and pets. They carefully inform on all aspects of diagnosis etc and help you to feel informed and at ease. Really helpful and I know our pets are in the best hands. Fantastic with little kids too- the vet bandaged our child’s dragon toy who apparently had a sore paw when we visited recently 😊 Highly recommend for honest reliable and genuine pet care.

Vet amputated my animals limb when specifically told not to do anything until she spoke to me! totally unacceptable!!

As this incident occurred in 2010 (9 years ago), none of the staff involved work here, so it is difficult to make any comment. I attended this animal hospital they made me insure my dog when they knew they couldn’t help him they were unsympathetic about my circumstances regarding my blue staffy Hugo Richardson they were happy for me too pay it off after they put him down but couldn’t offer a payment plan when he was alive and needed help they threatened to send him for group burial when they knew I wanted his ashes and they did nothing too meet me halfway except say that if I couldn’t afford it they wouldn’t help him and leave him the way he is in ... read more
