I had a good experience working with Nora. I found her to be very helpful with my questions and overall very responsive when I had questions. I had several frustrations with the KB experience as a whole which may be an unfair reflection on Nora specifically but why my feelings/ratings are what they are. When the other loan person stepped in to assist, it got a little confusing on who I should be reaching out to with questions and was a little harder to get clear answers. The loan process went perfectly smoot with a lot of help from Nora and Adreanne. But the process of building the home and getting the certificate of occupancy was delayed 7+ months with a lot of back and forth with very little sense of urgency from the developers.
