The communication wasn't the greatest. Nora was friendly initially however throughout when having a questions regarding my loan she would sometimes get irritated as if I was bugging her or asking dumb questions. She didn't really know what was going on with the construction of my build it seems like KB and the Loan Dept did not communicate at all, which made it stressful. Nora did end up helping us out in the end and got the loan done she did even work while she was out on vacation she mentioned sometimes i feel like it coul... read more

Worked with Nora C, loan officer for 6+ months and her communication and work ethics were of high quality and she worked on the Seville community lot 65 lot file to utmost details by spending good amount of her time to get the loan estimate, closing disclosures etc in a timely manner by communicating on phone, email, text with both the borrowers in an very efficient manner.
