Dr Clemens removed a basal carcinoma from my shoulder blade. It was simple, painless and casual. Her performed it well and was thoughtful and easy-going. No problem.

Hillary is a magician. She sees things a person could never. She takes her time to understand each patient. She herself is kind and has a lot of integrity (never recommending things that are outside of thinking about your overall health). The staff is kind and fun and efficient and professional. I recommend this practice all the time.

Icecreamwala dermatology took me to collections without ever sending me any bills or making any contact that additional Payments were needed after insurance payments. I’ve had endless calls to sort this out with them working with their 3rd party billing agency that they use, that has zero answers for me (quoting my different amounts owed every time I speak to them), as well as Nia who works internally for Icecreamwala in finance.
