Originally they were great and responsive. After the install we needed repairs that were to be covered by our warranty. After months of waiting for a part and scheduling service (arranging our work schedules to be home) the tech shows up with the wrong ordered part. Tech says we would hear back and still nothing. A follow up with another timeline after a few days would be nice. Seems it will be another 6 months plus out for the part-hopefully they order the correct one. Customer service has been non existent. Trevor came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. Unit is less than a year old. Everyone that we have met from design, install, service and support have all been great people. I am more than happy with Nordstrom Heating and Cooling. 100% satisfied.
Great service, as always. Very responsive and responsible. Mike is wonderful and always does a thorough job and explains everything in easy to understand terms. Recommend Nordstrom most highly and will continue to use them for as long as I own my home!
We recently replaced our furnace and AC with a heat pump and a backup furnace. From the start we recognized that as a retrofit, it could be problematic due to the unusual configuration of our house. Unfortunately, that was the case. Fortunately, however, Nordstrom Heating and Air worked with us to resolve all our issues, and we ended up with a system that functions efficiently and quietly.
