I wish to thank Gary Norman for his Promptness to my request for tile work. Just in a few days from when I called he came to my home and on the spot gave me a bid. On the installation date Mark, the installer, arrived on the set time and began the work. As two were to be tiled it involved several days of work time. Flooring and finish work in our bathroom was great. The flooring in our laundry room was equally great. However, the molding they suggested and installed was too wide and we were unable to reinstall our dryer. The remedy by Johnson's was to cut it out exposing the drywall to be disguised by the dryer. A previous contractors work was discovered. Unfortunately it show really shoddy work by Johnson's where they chiseled away the molding instead of routing the molding around the dryer vent in the wall. Flooring and Moldi... read more
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We started doing business with Norman’s 22 Years ago. They did floors & counters when the house was new and just recently we had them put flooring in the kitchen.
