Disappointed in my recent visit. Been coming here for yrs. I needed to see about having several procedures done. But this time no vet tech in the room to assist the vet. Vet seemed annoyed that I was asking how much each procedure was in order to decide what I could afford to have done this visit. The vet kept having to leave the room to find out prices. Charged me $13 to clip my dogs nails instead of it being included in the office visit charge and had to take my dog out of the room to do it. Prescriptions too expensive... read more

If you like sitting around for at least 1 1/2 hrs. This is the place for you. First time I was here had an appointment, sign in one person in front of me. 15 min brought me back to examination room. Then one hour wait to see vet. Second time signed in first person on list 1 1/2 hours to see vet. One employee told me there were people in front of me . I told her that was bull. All in all I think this place is in for the money. And has one very rude employee named lexis. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is the best animal Clinic in town. I would recommend you to come to this place.

Just like any where else all they care about is money. Don't even say there's any compassion there, they sent my little baby home to die. It was an emergency situation I knew he wouldn't make it thru the night. I was getting paid that night and they didnt even care. I begged and promised to be there when they opened. Well he crossed the rainbow bridge a little after midnight as I cried, kissed his little head and told him I was sorry.

Unfortunately, you will find it to be a fairly standard policy at most veterinary hospitals to require payment before treatment. This is in place for a variety of reasons, but is never an easy conversation to have. Once again, we apologize we were unable to help your pup and please know our thoughts are with you during this time
My dog died because they misdiagnosed him. RIP Chewy we love and miss u
