I had my annual Medicare exam with Dr. Serna. Her Wellness team is so kind caring and efficient. There is very little wait time. Dr. Serna asked lots of questions ,and takes time to listen and answer all of my questions. Dr. Serna always listens carefully to my complaints and is thorough in tracking down the cause. She then provides a well thought out plan of action and is great on follow-up. As one of her concierge patients, I am always able to get a quick appointment and she or her staff promptly responds to any communication I send over her portal.
