I have been a client for over twenty years and yesterday they helped my 18 y/o companion Roscoe to cross over. A truly heartbreaking and personal moment for my wife and I. We took our 10 year old Aussie doodle to see Dr. Wright yesterday. He has been shaking his head and seem to have an ear infection. Dr. Wright had Charlie’s ears looked at closely and took a test sample from inside his ears. Turned out there was no infection, Dr. Wright said it was likely an allergy reaction. She gave us some drops and Charlie has reacted well. Hardly shaking his head at all one day later. Dr. Wright is so caring and loving towards our pet. I have been going to North End for many years with my pets. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our dog and it was heartbreaking. The staff and Dr. Vollmar were so kind to us. They gave us time to spend with our beloved pet before letting him go and even gave us extra treats to give him. Not only were the staff extremely understanding and kind, but unexpectedly, the next day we received flowers with a kind note from them. I have used North End Pet hospital for three of my four (in succession) Maltese dogs. In addition, NE Pet hospital assisted me in preparing one of my dogs to go and live in China for a year, as well as my son's dog to live on the Big Island in Hawaii. I was extremely happy with the loving treatment they all received -- but I didn't know how other Vet's treat their clients. For a couple of years, I tried to go "Cheaper." North End Vet has provided excellent care for my two dogs for 14 years. They have been kind and caring through out both our dogs life. They understand and provided excellent care to our dogs from puppies to seniors. You can tell that they love our pet and know how much we love them too. It's really unfortunate how the customer service here has severely declined over the years. I've been bringing my animals here for nearly 20 years. This place used to be fantastic. The care and customer concern was amazing. I still think Drs Brown and Sarkez are great, but the office staff has gone downhill. They have recently hired very rude and lazy front office personnel, Trisha being one of them. They frequently argue and swear they know more about your own pet then you do. This was a Raping of services. I agree to paying the doctor $86.00 for their services..not a problem. But the doctor or Tech never introduced herself. To this second, Who was she? To be fair she was very communicative and educated us on a plan for our pet. I am so disappointed on the the price of the medication. I walked out with two meds and a bill paid for over $275.00 The medications were a $90.00 a piece????
