Friendly professional staff. There is genuine care and concern for the animals and their humans. When my old dog had an emergency, they were available . After an exam, I could afford ,they also assisted in helping find affordable medications . They also offer a multi-pet program that will prove very helpful
I am VERY particular about our fur baby care. I have never been uncomfortable leaving our pup with North Florida Animal Hospital. That peace of mind is great. We have used them repeatedly, and will continue to do so.
I have a new pup and this facility will be my pets healthcare facility. All of the staff was very friendly, courteous and patient - - as well as the veterinarian. He was great with answering all my questions as well as giving suggestions for a new pup. I’m bad with names; I’ll be sure to get theirs because they will be his healthcare providers ☺️
It was a great experience. We walked in without an appointment. The wait was relatively short. They really cared about my dog Bella’s well being . I definitely recommend them.
We have used North Florida Animal Hospital for years now and are so pleased with their care!! However, today they went above and beyond. My pup had been vomiting for a few days and I took her in for an urgent care visit. I had a medical procedure yesterday and was unable to lead her in and out of the office, as she’s a strong dog and pulls bad on a leash.
