What you say matters, sir. I went to see Mr. Otto in the Orange Park office and my initial appointment was a disappointment because the mechanism he used did not alleviate any pain. I called an hour after the appointment and left a message explaining I wasn’t happy and requested if I could see another chiropractor. No response.
