The service itself was very satisfactory, but I had requested a shuttle transport to work when the service appointment was made and the shuttle driver could not be found the morning of my service appointment. I had to wait for the car to be finished and therefore was late to work. That was disappointing, especially since I had made prior arrangements. The service consultant apologized, but no other restitution was made.

It took a little longer than I liked (3 hours) for an oil change and tire rotation but the service is always excellent at North Georgia Toyota.
