When I had my RAV4 serviced in February, there was a note saying check the brakes in March. When I took it for the March check, they said the brakes were okay.

This was a regular 6 mth prepaid checkup. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the personnel I always find pleasant. It has been especially nice to work with Darlene Bowers (Assistant Service Manager) for my last 3 visits, as she impressed me with her knowledge and willingness to answer questions about my car. She has been very helpful.
