Recommended5 Stars Excellent service! Dr. Gilligan & staff are the best. My 8 yr old pug, Duran recently had dental surgery, I had put it off & after talking to Dr. Gilligan at Duran’s yearly check up, I decided to schedule the dental surgery. Dr. Gilligan put me at ease explaining the procedure. Duran had nasal drainage & sneezing for months prior. Poor guy had abscesses & bad teeth. RecommendedAll of the staff including Drs. are so great. I unfortunately had to put my dog down recently and recieved the most thoughtful heartfelt card with flowers to plant. They not only give your pets amazing care but genuinely care about the owners as well. Which is why I travel from Indiana to stay with them... cant thank them enough for all they do!

EVERY time we've interacted with staff, they have been patient and kind. I trust that our dogs are in great hands and will be well taken care of. LOVE North Lake!

I have been going here for 18 years back when it was just dr Gilligan in the old small office, I wouldn't go anywhere else... infact I now drive up 3 hours from Indiana for our dogs because I wouldn't put my trust anywhere else. Now that dr Gilligan has expanded the practice and has a team of other drs with him, I have had to see them as well depending on what works with my schedule being so far away and they have all been very nice.
RecommendedLast year, my beautiful dog Aries had a serious problem with her eye. I called my vet's office at the time and on a Wednesday was told to either go to the emergency vet or wait until Monday. While I do not expect preferential treatment, I was surprised the staff did not offer to take a quick peek at her eye and provide some advice. RecommendedDr. Ruth Clark is so amazing that we drive over an hour from Waunakee just to see her. Our beloved cat Spot is almost 18 and has used at least 6 of his 9 lives, and Dr. Clark never gives up on him. Through corneal sequestrums, cardiomyopathy and even a stroke from which we thought we would lose him, Dr. Clark thinks outside the box and procures new treatments and never loses hope.
