I came in to North Park as a first time buyer. I just wanna say these guys are professional and n. I wanted a new Tacoma 4x4 and Robert Robles stopped at nothing to find me the right one. He had the utmost courtesy and respect, he really let me know that he was there to help me. He really went above and beyond to earn my business. We could have gone anywhere in San Antonio to purchase a new vehicle. I was referred to Blaine by my sister (who purchased her first car). Blaine definitely had great customer service and was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted to purchase. He also made sure I walked out with the car I wanted and at the price I was comfortable with. I would recommend him and North Park Toyota to my friends and family. It is quite a drive, but it is all well worth it.
I went to this Dealership and although it is very far, it is a very nice and the customer service is amazing. I am a first time buyer and both Blain and Justin were very helpful in getting me into a vehicle with no problem at all. Was a very pleasant experience. Will be buying more cars there in the future. Blaine wasn't pressuring us, but explained or options and met our expectations. My wife got the car she wanted, even though they didn't have the exact one on their lot at the time. If you want a Toyota, be sure that you check out North Park. A little difficult to get to, but worth the effort.
Blaine helped with my first car buying experience and he could not have been more helpful. I was referred to him for his expertise with the Toyota 4runner. I had to wait for the 2014's to arrive to the lot but as soon as they did Blaine was sending me pictures of the interior and exterior of my new car.
