Great Customer Service When you get great customer service from the beginning there is nothing else to add..Mr Martinez explained to my son (since my son took my car in) from the time he first got there to when my car was finished..Mr Martinez even was extra courteous by calling me at work to update on what my car needed done.

Good experience I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was able to get my morning coffee. Later I was able to get water. I was also able to see the accessories that were available for sale.

Recall for 2017 Tacoma After my first recall I was not aware of the second recall Fred let me know, after i left for the day 3 days he called me and let me know the part that was ordered arrived so made an appointment went and he explained what the recall was about thoroughly.. great communication...

Top notch, friendly service from both Mike and Patrick. I've been to a lot of dealerships before, but I've never felt more relaxed as I did at North Park. Mike was knowledgeable about the workings of the Tacoma and he was very patient with me and my daughter. I'm going recommend him to all my friends.

Great people This is by far the nicest dealership I have ever been to. The attention to detail and cleanliness is 2nd to none. The sales people were very courteous and respectful even during tough negotiations. Which is not easy to do. Matt Perry was a great salesman and did not treat me as a mark like some sales people try and do. David V. in finance finished off my great experience with Northpark. Great experience. Eric was awesome. He was very patient, not pushy and helped me find the vehicle I wanted. Eric kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and if I called or texted him, he answered promptly. Overall, I had a great experience.
