quick and efficient Salesman Albert Uribe was courteous and professional as was finance advisor Mr Lancaster. As I had already decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, It was just a matter of arranging financing etc. The aforementioned gentlemen made the entire experience pleasant.

New car purchase My experience with this purchase was excellent. Alex Gutierrez was patient and very attentive to my needs and answering questions. Luis Chavez in financing was great and patient with me as well since we needed to process several transactions. The ONE thing that I did not like was the options presented at the last minute and it's a take it or leave it on the spot. Superior service I was at the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle. When I was ready to go home in my old vehicle it would not start. Service rep said I needed a new battery (car is seven years old with original battery). He very kindly worked me in (not putting me in line after others who had already checked in/scheduled) for service. Much appreaciated..
