Maintenance on car I came in to have my Avalon serviced this morning. Rafat was so friendly and helpful. He explained step by step what maintenance and inspection would be done. Rafat made my visit feel personal, which is very rare nowadays! He is awesome!

NP Toyota's Service is THE Best North Park Toyota's service department is the best. They are very professional and fast. They provide great service. Originally I thought about servicing my car at another Toyota dealership but NPT was very accommodating to me and my needs.
I had a very good experience while their at North Park. My vehicle taken in for service on my brakes. Mr. Flores was very attentive and had my vehicle ckeckes. Mr. Flores and the staff were very helpful.
