Great customer service Martin was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my truck and to figure out the best way to get what I needed done. He made sure I was fully informed and given all options. He was honest and sincere. Employees like Martin make me want to come back to Norrh Park Toyota to get my truck serviced.
Great Service This dealership has great all around service. I have taken my 2011 Toyota Tundra to get serviced since I purchased it. And Robert Garza was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when I traded up to a 2018 Toyota Tundra. Hassle free - professional I commend the staff I worked with during my truck purchase. Juan Arroyo & Scott (finance) were great!! Oil Change Service I got my oil changed at this facility within a good time frame. They also checked for any issues that may need my attention. I was recommended things that need to be done on the vehicle. The recommendations we're very self explanatory. I took their advice and had them fix the issues. Great service all round. Excellent!
Efficient, Professional, Helpful, Work Ethic As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, but Patrick and Ozzy kept me calm and collected and helped me to a great deal that now sees me in a 2018 Toyota Camry SE and I'm loving the experience so far. Excellent service My car service was extremely timely. David made sure to explain what my appointment would entail and roughly how long it would take. He made sure to keep me updated when the car was ready by text. Checkout was very efficient.
