The doctor was kind, but... Other then that, i had a terrible experience. I first tried to take a cat in for a spay and they tried to charge me so much more because she was nearly five. I left. Cheap prices but terrible receptionist! Looking for a low-cost neuter option, I was referred to this place by a coworker. While this was about 75 dollars cheaper than my normal vet, I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service of the receptionist. They killed Princess!!! If you care about your pets, I highly recommend you Stay away from this place!!! Today would have been Princess' birthday. She was a beautiful Bichon Friese. We took her to this place to get neutered and 8 hours later she was dead. She was only 4 years old. Shame on these people!
Terrible experience This place should be shut down. We brought our cat to be spayed, she was perfectly healthy and active beforehand. We come home and, after a couple hours, we notice that her surgery wound has been completely ripped open. We thought that maybe the cat was overly aggressive in licking herself, but after bringing her to an emergency care clinic, we were informed that they had actually never sutured...
Poor Customer Service Both receptionists were unfriendly, you could even say rude. The vet tech was friendly with our dog and answered all of my questions. Dr Anderson was also good with our dog. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would research a different clinic.
