Friendly Pediatric Care Was really impressed with staff at NorthPoint. After a few bad experiences with another well known area office, I decided to switch dental offices. I was so pleased it was so smooth and my child was not scared at all. We recently moved from Noblesville and had an amazing dentist there for the kids and they enjoyed going! 5 Stars The staff is very friendly and I love how they take special care of the kids that come for dental visits
No service My child is 18 months old and already has her molars. She did not even see the dental hygienist. The dentist did not introduce himself. He spoke extremely quickly. He was kind, however, he was clearly rushed, even though we were on time for our appointment. She did not receive a cleaning or fluoride treatment, nor an explanation for why this service was skipped. Even including changing her insurance completely we were only in the building for 17 minutes. It was a waste of my time.

Beautiful kid friendly and fun establishment, friendly ladies up front, great hygienists Brought my boy'sboy's for their first visit there the end of August 2016. The ladies up front were super friendly, the hygienists were wonderdul. This was by far my son's best visit at the dentist office. Disappointed today I scheduled sealants at my kids' visit 6 months ago for one of my children, with the hygienist, for today's visit. Those sealants didn't get put on. I was told after their visit when the hygienist brought them all out to me & asked if I had any questions for the doctor. (I asked about how it went with the sealants.) Also not happy to find out they apparently they don't have parents come back to speak with the dentist at the end of the appt anymore. tooth fairy jo's first tooth extraction.... l don't know what it is w my children not wanting to let their teeth go, not get loose and fall out like normal.... she told a little girl later after her appt that she had a funny mask w rootbeer flavored smells and it didn't hurt!
