Friendly and helpful service! I really appreciated the friendly, helpful, and great service that we received! Both of my kids were able to be seen at the same time and I was able to ask questions and get answers to all of my questions...even where to get flossers for my son who has braces and an app liance right now. They went above and beyond and were very courteous and friendly. I have recommended Dr. Fishbaugh and his staff several times. Keep up the great job!
Dental Cleaning for my 5 year old. We had a great visit. My son has gone through dental surgery and is very apprehensive about going to the dentist. Everyone at North Point is super friendly and welcoming, my son walks in with a smile and leaves with a smile.
Great staff and service! The staff are always pleasant and smiling. Great with all 3 of my kids. They look forward to going to the dentist. They are also quick and efficient.
great experience We have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. My girls never have nervous feelings about going to the dentist. Even when they are told to do something better it's done in such a way that the kids don't feel bad but they listen.
Quick, professional and friendly service Very impressed with the staff and overall experience. My child had previously been anxious and unwilling at the dentist, however, his experience today was a positive one and he's looking forward to the next visit!

Kid Friendly and Kid Focused We had an initial consultation with Dr. Fishbaugh today. I can't say enough about how friendly Dr. Fishbaugh and his staff were. He explained everything to us and directly to our son in a way that everyone could understand and really put our son at ease!
The dental assistants and dentist are wonderful! My only complaint is, why not ask the kids what color toothbrush they use? Last time we came home with two red ones, which makes no sense for two kids who share a bathroom. This time one kid came home with a green one, which is the color used by another family rmember.
They are so nice there . They stuff are good about answerning questions that I had. They talked to my boys about how they should be brushing.
