Very happy with the boarding arrangements for our beloved old cat Mr Mack. Being an old cat, having him at a veterinary clinic as well as boarding gave us extra confidence that he would be well looked after. We were able to talk to the staff and they were never too busy to tell us how Mr Mack was doing. They sent us pictures which helped us to feel comfortable. The staff at North Road are very dedicated and caring, and always treat with your pet's best interests at heart. I've been taking my cat to North Road for almost 11 years, and they have consistently delivered gentle and excellent care towards her over that time. I really wouldn't trust Siouxsie Sioux's welfare to any other practice.
