Amazing DMD Alex Montazem and his staff just the nicest caring people .. friendly and kind .. I barely had any pain after my procedure and healed well had two wisdom teeth pulled and one was chipped .. highly recommend!!
Dr Alex Montazem and his incredible staff are changing the way patients think about oral surgery. I had 7 teeth removed with the professionalism and care of a mother. My recovery was one day and with minimal discomfort. A little swollen and a little sore on day one but nothing, and I mean nothing the next day. I took two pain mads on the first day and nothing but mouth wash after. I would send my mother, child or best friend to North Shore Oral Surgery. Thank you.
Had 5 wisdom teeth extracted. Very smooth surgery, recovery went great. Tiffany and Tyler are awesome and helped me feel more at ease. Dr. Montazem and his staff are wonderful! I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a great oral surgeon.
Got my wisdom teeth extracted and it went incredibly well, my mouth only hurt for a few days and nothing beyond that, and the surgery itself was barely a challenge. Dr. Montazem's assistants are also very nice people who were literally able to hold a conversation with me as I was being put on an IV and sedated. I live pretty far away and this was all my insurance would cover as I had already moved from Long Island but it was probably the easiest time I've ever had in a medical setting. Dr. Montazem has god status as an oral surgeon. I on the other hand suck as a patient. He is thorough, and caring. His staff are very nice. The office is clean. The TV in the waiting room needs something, I can't quite put my finger on it, maybe a big red brick, or even a fall from a 35 story building. Other than that, I'd highly recommend him if you need a tooth or two ripped out of your face, he's your man. Would recommend 100%.
Thank you Dr. Montazem! My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth out in August 2023 by Dr. Montazem and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything, along with his staff, to both my daughter and us. Two of her wisdom teeth were severely impacted and they weren't sure if they would be able to extract them. Do not listen to past reviews. Dr. Montazem is friendly and efficient. Truly a professional. I for one have never had good luck with doctors. He did so well I barely had any pain at all after removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He had me laughing in the chair all the way till I was put under and woke up feeling a huge relief. If you need your wisdom teeth removed this is the place! And he is the guy to do it. Recommending to all my friends and family in the future.
Extremely welcoming office, everybody is so nice and knowledgeable. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and had an easy and quick recovery thanks to their thorough post op instructions. Absolutely loved Tiffany, she was so comforting I literally went home and cried cause I didn't know her name. Dr. Montazem gives me emotionally detached dad vibes: he probably cares about you, but is unlikely to express it. He doesn't have a bedside manner that's catered to anxious folks, but he's probably just being himself. I was told he's "definitely not a hand holder, but a good surgeon".
