very good with minor, fixable quirks snow removal is the biggest joke ever, path down the middle and good luck! The most singular reason I'm shopping around. The gate times are extremely erratic, you never know when it will be open. When it is closed during peak hours there is a back up. The tenants at the first row block the driveway every morning:Karmin Door and Elite gutters seem to own the lot and don't care that they block it. The attendants (Cypher and Dan ) are both awesome and deserve a raise! Thank you
