Do NOT take your children here. First off, they do not allow you to go into the dentist with your kids. They make you stay in the parking lot. Second and foremost, they charge you extra for everything. I have had the same insurance for 14 years and I have NEVER paid a dime for a regular cleaning. This place has charged me $192 for my two kids cleaning!! Again, my cleanings have ALWAYS been FREE! When we called to talk with them, they were rude and condescending. Never had a problem until today when we showed up for 3 scheduled cleanings (scheduled 6 months ahead, during a time the kids wouldn’t miss school), only to be told that our appointments had been moved off the books because we didn’t confirm the appointments. Never received a phone call or voicemail asking us to confirm. Received a text the day before reminding us of our appointment times and they would see us then.
The dentist and everyone are nice and explain everything but they over book! I waited a good 45 mins before they took girls back and another hour and half for them to get done

Will have to have $1000 worth of dental work redone that was done in february because they screwed up on my sons fillings. Their insurance lady that i normally had to speak with was frequently rude. Never going to this office again.
