Dr. Long Nguyen is the best! Pure professional but still has some compassion for his patients. Best bed side manner I've encountered in a very long time.
The worst staff ever! My wife recently had her surgery and needed refill on her pain medication. We called the staff continuously for 3 days leaving multiple voice messages as well, trying to get her medication refilled. No one ever returns our call or tries to help in any way. They always make excuses that they are very busy. Dr. Raja is great but his staff is extremely non-caring. The worst staff ever! On our initial visit Dr. Raja ordered a CT scan and scheduled a follow-up visit. However, when my wife goes to the facility to get her CT scan done they said they did not receive the CT scan orders from Dr. Raja's office. I tried calling the doctors office but did not get an answer but did leave a message. Fortunately they had an order from her previous doctor who was treating her, and was able to get the scan done. I was SUPPOSED to have surgery 5/2. It didn’t happen because of high blood sugar. Shouldn’t that have been found during pre-op? Been trying to get my $ back and that has been a nightmare. Was told I’d get it back Monday or Tuesday, Called back Friday, May 19th and was told I’d have it by close of business today. Guess what didn’t happen?
