I recently switched to Northampton Veterinary Clinic and it’s been nothing but the best. I highly suggest making the switch. They leave emergency appointments open each day for clients, and they really take the time to get to the root of the problem. I have a pup with severe allergies and have been to multiple vets and specialist. NVC is the only place we have made progress. A couple weeks ago we brought in our chihuahua named Lola in for some dental work to your facility . If anyone knows chihuahuas , they are a very nervous breed in general. Well, from start to finish she was calm given that the hospital put in place a good preoperative anxiety management plan. Her pain management postoperative was incredible. They are so good and kind with the animals and so knowledgeable about pet care and diseases. you feel you are in good hands and if your pet needs emergency room care or specialty care they give great referrals as well I found out. My cat is very difficult to deal with and they have been so patient and gentle with her even when she growled at them. I live in Chicopee Mass I made an appt with this clinic drove 30 minutes away to bring my adopted cat and he did really good. I was worried but they took good care of him
