We had our cat in to see the doctor for checkup and our cat had some weight loss. The older male doctor talked about the cat’s teeth as an issue so we scheduled a cleaning. We picked our cat up the same day as the teeth cleaning and we were told that several teeth needed to be removed. We were not called or notified, but still charged with the teeth extractions. We took our cat back just about...

I am appalled at how I was treated at Northbrook Animal Hospital. My beloved cat, Abby, died 3 weeks ago. I have been waiting since to get her ashes back,...

I will NEVER use Northbrook Animal Hospital ever again Dex Knows The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. Dr. Warren did not fully explain my pet's condition to me and was unwilling to do anything other than continue to give me his homemade concoction of an antibiotic and steroid. My was not empathetic to my concerns about my cat (losing weight yearly, pooping and peeing outside of the litterbox,...

wonderful vet Dex Knows We have been taking our dog to Northbrook since he was a pup 6 yrs ago. They are absolutley thorough, kind, and very affordable. My father-in-law recommended them and has been bringing his dogs there forever.
