Having called many vets in the area, this is the only place I found to be both professional and informative over the phone. I took our two females and one male for spaying and neutering today. At drop-off, Mandy greeted each of my three animals as if they were hers! After all the surgeries were completed, Mandy said she would call around noon and did. She explained everything very well. Everyone at Northcreek has been so kind and helpful with my sweet dog, Bandit. As we said goodbye to him today, Dr. Story and staff were so understanding and comforting during this time of loss. Our long term Veterinarian retired recently and we were so worried about finding a new clinic but I am thrilled with Northcreek !!! Last week, we had a major scare with our puppy and these guys showed up and showed out. The entire staff genuinely cares, they are so knowledgeable and the bill was VERY reasonable. I wish I had found them years ago!! I’d rate them at 100 stars if I could! 💛
I read the reviews and am so happy I tried them. The office staff is friendly and welcoming from the very first phone call. Dr. Story is very kind and you can tell he loves animals. They loved on my big boy (Ragdoll cat) and went above and beyond to get him taken care of. He had a tooth issue that was being sneaky. Dr. Story gave him a very thorough exam and even called me personally to update me. I have definitely found our new vet (our old one retired).
