Overall, an outstanding experience at a periodontist office — which truly was the last place I wanted to go to that day! The only downside was the waiting between different phases of the appointment. But considering that I never felt pressured or rushed while I was being treated, I will not consider this a negative. It is very busy office. I was there for over two hours waiting to have them assess an issue with one tooth. They insisted on taking a full set of X-rays on all my teeth, charging me $330.00.. The dentist said they would provide me with a complete treatment plan with associated costs. To date (3days later) I still have not received it via email, which they suggested. Not impressed at all.
I can’t say enough GREAT things about Northern Colorado Periodontics. I had great instruction pre and post op, the office was available for questions and got back to me promptly, they helped me navigate payment options, and everyone was so kind! My surgery went flawlessly, I healed quickly, and my gums look fantastic. Dr. Allen and her office made me feel welcome and safe. If I ever have other periodontist needs, I will absolutely return!
It has been many years since my last procedure, so I am happy that the practice is still there and doing so well. I am finding, once again, that the people at Northern Colorado Periodontics are what make the practice so amazing. Liv behind the front desk has gone the extra mile for me - so nice and helpful. Dr. Allen and Kaitlyn were both very kind and thorough during my first visit. They were efficient and reassuring throughout the many steps that were required.
Very satisfied. Dr Shumaker was competent and pleasant. His staff is pleasant and helpful. I feel reassured and grateful to find such a good periodontist.
