Great surgery process. I did need my husband to be in the room when post surgery care was discussed. The written instructions helped.
5 stars is not enough to show how great of a place this is. The office staff is amazing and attentive! LaTasha and Aide were great at explaining everything about the procedure and payment. Mary and Annika provided additional assistance via email and answered my questions. Dr. Spingola was really nice and made me feel comfortable the day of my procedure. I began having dental procedures (fillings, root canals, extractions) at a young age and I have always had a lot of fear and anxiety with any dental procedure. I can honestly say that I never once felt afraid or anxious with Dr. Spingola and his staff. In fact, my extraction and implant surgery was extremely smooth and I felt zero pain with anesthesia. Even though I was a little nervous and anxious before the procedure, Dr. Dean and his assistant calmed me down and the nitrous also helped as well.
